FAQ

Do you need access to water or electricity? We bring everything we need, including our own (limited) water supply and power generation. You don't need to provide anything except a place to park. For large or complex jobs, we may need access to additional power or water. The complexity and size of the job needs to be disclosed before the quote is offered, or changes to the package may need to be made. 

What's your cancellation policy? We understand things come up. Just give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule, and we'll work with you to find a new time.

What payment methods do you accept? [To be specified: cash, card, Venmo, etc.]

Do you require a deposit? [To be specified]

What if there's bad weather? We'll work with you to reschedule if weather conditions aren't suitable for quality detailing work.

Service Area: Centered in Heath, Ohio, Rone will travel without additional fees to Reynoldsburg to the west, Zanesville to the east, Mount Vernon to the north, and Logan in the south. Outside of this area, additional fees may apply.
